That the variance requested is/is not the minimum variance which wOuld alleviate the <br /> hardship in regard to the side yard setback requirement. <br /> <br />That [f granted, the variance will/,,wiil not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br />adjaicent property. <br /> <br />18. Tha~ if granted, the variance will/will not have the effect of allowing a use that is prohibited <br /> in the applicable zoning district. <br /> <br />19. That if granted, the variance will/will not impair established prope~y values within the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> <br />20. That the increased height will/will not be compatible with the principal building on the same <br /> parcel. <br /> <br />2l. That the increased height will/will not be compatible with existing development in the <br /> immediate neighborhood. <br /> <br />22.
