Chairperson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING 'THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO Bt;L~DLEY <br />SPLEISS AT 16021 JASPzkR ST NW (PERMITTEE) FOR SIDE YARD SETBACK <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR A CORNER LOT AND DECLARING TERi~[S OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bradley Spleiss (Permit-tee) has properly applied for a variance from <br />Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accesso~ structure which would <br />infringe on the side yard setback requirement for an accessory, structure on the property, generally <br />known as 16021 Jaspar St NW and Iegaily described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County,, Minnesota; thence on a bearing of south 89 <br />degrees. 29 minutes west a distance of 870.03 feet; thence on a beating of south <br />parallel with the east line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 253.00 feet to the <br />point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence continue on a bearing <br />of south a distance of 263.00 feet: thence on a bearing of east a distance of 209.76 <br />i'eet; thence on a bearing of north a distance of 263.00 feet; thence on a bearing of <br />west a distance of 279.76 feet to the point of beginning. Along and together with the <br />right to ingress and egress over the following described easements.
