Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-09- RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE TO THE SIDE YARD SETBACK FOR AnN- ACCESSORY STRUCTURE. WHEREAS, Bradley Spleiss, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied :'or a variance from Section 9.20.11 (R-[ Residential District) of the Ramsey City, Code to construct an accessory strncture within the established side yard setback for an accessory structure on the property generally known as 16021 Jaspar St NW and legally described as ~bllows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the SoUthwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, .amoka County, Minnesota; thence on a beating of south 89 degrees, 29 minutes west a distance' of 870.03 feet; thence on a bearing of-south parallel with the east line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 253.00 feet to the point of beginning of ihe tract of land to be described; thence continue on a bearing o~' south a distance of 263.00 feet; thence on a bearing of east a distance of 209.76 feet; thence on a bearing of north a distance of 263.00 i'eet; thence on a bearing of west a distance o~' 279.76 feet to the point of beginning. Along and together with the right to ingress and egress over the following described easements.
