CASE #: <br /> <br />REVIEW OF TOWN CENTER DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES <br />By: Patrick Trudgeon, AICP, <br /> Assistant Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />City Staff, along with the Ramsey Town Center LLC (RTC), have been working on the <br />Town Center Development Guidelines that address the design, architecture, exterior <br />materials, and "look" of the Town Center. The Development Guidelines are referenced in <br />the Town Center Zoning District and are thus an important part of the control over the <br />Town Center development. The following information is provided for your information: <br /> <br />a) Draft of Town Center Development Guidelines. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Staff and representatives of RTC will review the document, answer questions at the <br />Planning Commission meeting. We would like to receive feedback and suggestions from <br />the members at the meeting. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission review the draft Development <br />Guidelines and' give Staff feedback on the document.
