The revised plans consist of ~ve (5) sheets dated August 14, 200.3 and prepared by <br />S'hadezree Construction Inc. I offer the tbllowing comments: <br /> <br />General: 'You are proposing to revise the ori~(dnal site plan of Alpine Meadows Town_homes <br />approved in May 2002 to allow lbr a different p./pe of Units for 16 townhomes located on Lots <br />5-20, ]Block 2, Alpine Meadows. You are proposing to add a third story to the units, to add a <br />?~ story fi:on~ porch to the unit and have 'an elevated main entrance. <br /> <br />¸2. <br /> <br />· Zoning:. The prope~/is currently R-2, Medium Density Residential. Town_home units al'e <br />allowed in this district. The revised' site plan is not contrary, to any provisions in the R-2 <br />Zoning District. <br /> <br />3. Setbacks: The revised site plan did not change any of the setbacks that were approved as part <br /> of the original Alpine Meadows subdivision. <br /> <br />4. Density: The revised site plan did apt change the density of the Subject Property that were <br /> approved as part of the original Alpine Meadows subdivision.~ <br /> <br />5. Access: The revised site plan did not change any accesses that were approved as part of the <br /> original Alpine Meadows subdivision. <br /> <br />6. Grading and Drainage: The revised site plan did not change any of grading or drainage <br /> patterns that. were approved as part of the original Alpine Meadows subdivision. <br /> <br />7. Landscaping: The revised site plan did not change any of the landscaping plans that were <br /> approved as part of the original Alpine Meadows subdivision. <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
