Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION # 03-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PEPd¥IIT <br />FOR AN OVERSIZED ACCESSORY BUILDING BASED ON FINDINGS ~OF FACT <br /># AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Shirley Wilson (Permittee) has properly applied for a conditional use <br />permit to exceed the accessory building size restriction for properties located inside the <br />Metropolitan Urban Service Area (IvlUSA) established in section 9.11.02 "Accessory Uses" of <br />City Code on the property generally known as 5391 156th Lane NW and legally described as <br />tbllows: <br /> <br />Lot 7, Block 1, Woodland Green, Anoka County, Mirmesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning CommiSsion met on September 4, 2003, conducted the <br />public hearting and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF' RAMSEY, A2NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , aconditional use permit (Permit) to exceed the accessory <br />building size restriction for properties located inside the MUSA as .established in City Code, <br />is hereby granted to Shirley Wilson, hereinafter referred to as the ',Permittee". <br /> <br />That the overall square fbotage for accessory buildings may exceed the 1,488 square foot <br />accessory building size restriction for properties located inside the Metropolitan Urban <br />Service Area by a total of 240 feet in order to accommodate the inside storage of private-use <br />equipment and vehicles. <br /> <br />3. That the construction of the detached accessory building on the Subject ProPerty shall require <br /> issuance of a building permit from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />4. That the accessory building shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with <br /> all applicable Uni~:brm Building Codes. <br /> <br />5. The Permittee herein agrees that no business use will be operated in the detached accessory <br /> building unless such use is permitted in accordance with the 'City Code. <br /> <br />6. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied with. <br /> <br />7. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> en~brcing this Permit. - <br /> <br />8. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br /> <br />
