Coun¢ilmember . introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> ~.. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #03-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUAaNCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERNIIT TO <br />SHIRLEY WILSON FOR AN OVERSIZED DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING ON <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED INSIDE THE METROPOLITAN. URBAN SERVICE AREA <br />(MUSA) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Shirley Wilson (Permittee) has properly applied for a conditional use <br />permit to construct an oversized accessory structure on the property, generally known as 5391 <br />156t~ Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 7, Block 1, Woodland Green, .amoka County, Minnesota <br /> (Subject Propert~;). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on September <br />4, 2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City. Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
