Vehicular traffic within the neighborhood shall not generate <br /> excessive vehicular traffic to the residential neighborhood. <br /> <br />Outside storage of vehicles and equipment must comply with <br />section 9.11.10 of City Code. <br /> <br />No exterior displays or signs of the extended home occupation <br />shall be permitted unless specifically address as part of the <br />conditions of the permit. <br /> <br />The operation shall not be granted if the Findings of Fact <br />determine that the proposed home occupation may constitute a' fire <br />hazard to neigh'boring residences, adversely at'fect neighboring <br />property-values, or constitute a nuisance or otherwise be <br />detrimental to the neighbors because of excessive traffic, excessive <br />noise, odors or other circumstances. <br /> <br />In order to guarantee that a home occupation, once authorized, will <br />not become a nuisance to the neighbors or otherwise violate these <br />guidelines, the Planning Commission may recommend and the <br />Council may impose, reasonable conditions necessary, to protect <br />the public health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br /> Subd. 5. Inspections. There may be one annual inspection each <br />year by the Zoning Administrator of any property covered by a home occupation permit. <br />In addition, the Zoning Administrator and/or Ms/her designee, shall have the right at any <br />time, upon reasonable request, to enter and inspect the premises covered by said permit <br />for safety and compliance purposes. <br /> <br /> Subd. 6. Home Occupation Permits. Home Occupation permits <br />~anted by this Section shall be temporary in nature and shall be granted to a designated <br />person who resides at a residential address.
