Therefore, Shadetree Construction needs a revised site plan approved by the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the revised elevation~ and floor plans and finds them acceptable. Shadetree is <br />requesting that all 16-units (Lots 5-20, Block 2, Alpine Meadows) be allowed to be built to the <br />style shown on the plans. The units exceect the minimum floor space requirements and meet the <br />exterior material requirements for the R-2 Medium Density Zoning District.
