We have built buildings as small <br />as a 2400 Sq. Ft. Convenience Store to a 450,000 Sq. Ft. Warehouse. We have developed sites as <br />smalI as one acre to as large as 100 acres. Kalway Construction Company has built with the most <br />common construction types used today: Iron supper structures and composite system, Concrete <br />precast tip ups, cast in place post tension high rise, Masonry, Brick and wood stick framed. <br /> <br />We intend to build two buildings one 16,800 Sq. Ft. and one 11,200 Sq. Ft. on the intersection of <br />Basalt and 141st Ave NW. Expos.ed Agregate Precast tip ups, structure steel framed with fiat roof. <br />The buildings will be multi tenant and compliment the new building next door with a campus <br />environment, <br /> <br />Kalway Construction Company currently employs 3 full time salaried office employees and 5 full <br />time subcontracted carpenters. We are expecting a 50 percent growth in the next two years. We <br />feel comfortable meeting the City's requirement for jobs added. The new jobs would be both on <br />and off site jobs.
