The subject <br />property is zoned E-l Employment. Office/laboratory buildings are a permitted use in this <br />district. The lot in question is-approximately 2.4 acres. The proposed site plan meets the <br />required front, rear, and side yard setbacks. <br /> <br />Additional trees and shrubs will be required to fully meet City Code landscaping <br />requirements. The proposed addition appears to meet architectural standards for finish <br />materials. The grading plan is acceptable, but a revised landscaping plan will be required. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends site plan approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff <br />Review Letter dated August 29, 2003. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council ~ant approval/denial of the proposed site plan <br />for construction of an office/laboratory building contingent upon compliance with City Staff <br />Review Letter dated August 29, 2003.
