Background: <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING NOVEMBER HOMELESSNESS <br />AWARENESS MONTH <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br />CONSENT # OY 5P <br />Council is asked to adopt a resolution proclaiming November Homelessness Awareness Month. <br />That resolution is attached. Earlier in the meeting, under presentations, Mayor Ramsey will read <br />and present the proclamation. Also attached to this consent item are some facts on homelessness <br />as well as the costs of homelessness. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution # 10- 10 -XXX Proclaiming November Homelessness Awareness <br />Month. <br />CC: 10/26/10 <br />
