Minimum access drive angle to the street: 75 degrees <br /> <br />Building setback from private street - measured from back of curb 25 feet <br /> <br />Minimum radius at intersections 20 feet <br /> <br />d. Fences: <br /> <br />Fencing or walls (except retaining wails) located in the front yard shall not exceed <br />4 feet height. Fencing or walls located in the side or rear yard shall not exceed 6 <br />feet in height. Fences outside the 2020 ~fUSA are allowed up to 8 feet in height <br />in any yard but must be setback a minimum of 100 feet from the front property <br />line unless they have at least 75% clear visible opening. Fences may be <br />constructed of barbed wire to accommodate agricultural activities and the raising <br />of livestock and animals as defined by City Animal Ordinance Existing <br />parcels within the MUSA that are currently used for agricultural activities or the <br />raising of livestock and animals also qualify under this provision. <br /> <br />Fencing material shall only consist of wood or a chain link fence. No other types <br />of materials shall be permitted. <br /> <br />3. Fence framing must face inward on the property. <br /> <br />4. Fencing must be placed 100% on the property owners parcel. <br /> <br />e. Garbage Receptacle Storage: <br /> <br />Outdoor garbage receptacles serving multi-family units must be in either the rear <br />or side yard and must be screened from public view and adjoining properties. <br /> <br />f. Site Landscaping: <br /> <br />Minimum Landscaping Requirements. All open space areas of a lot which are not <br />used or improved for required parking areas, drives or storage shall be landscaped <br />with a combination of overstory trees, ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, ground <br />cover, decorative walks, or other similar site design materials in a quantity and <br />p{acement suitable for the site. A reasonable attempt should be made to preserve <br />as many existing trees as is practicable to incorporate them into the development. <br />For each existing significant tree retained one overstory tree can be deducted form <br />the minimum requirements. <br /> <br />Number of Plantings. The minimum number of overstory trees on any given site <br />shall be as indicated as below. These are minimum requirements that are <br />typically supplemented with other understory trees, shrubs, flowers, and ground <br />covers deemed appropriate for a complete quality landscape treatment of a site. <br /> <br />-121- <br /> <br /> <br />
