Identify any areas located in a flood hazard zone as identified by the Department of Natural Resources. Floor Plans and Elevations. All floor plans and elevations shall be drawn to a [egibIe scale and shall include the following information: Floor plans indicating square footage and dimensions of all proposed rooms; and Elevations of the proposed building(s), identifying e~erior treatment, material(s), and paint color. Final Plat. If a Subdivision is required, the final plat shall be prepared in accordance with the Ramsey City Code. With the final plans, the developer shall submit, for approval by the City, a development schedule for construction of all structures, open space, and recreational facilities. Subdivision 12. Compliance. No development shall occur nor shall any building permits be issued for any construction that is not in accord with the approved final plans. SECTION 3. ZONING DISTRICT BOUNDAREES AND MAP The new zoning districts established by this ordinance are as shown on the attached map, which shall be known as the City's Official Zoning Map. SECTION 4. SUM2vIARY The following official summary of Ordinance #02-__ has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #02-__ to amend Ramsey City Code ChaPter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to amend the zoning regulations governing residential developments and lots consistent with the Ramsey Comprehensive Plan. SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
