Identify any areas located in a flood hazard zone as identified by the <br />Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />Floor Plans and Elevations. All floor plans and elevations shall be drawn to <br />a [egibIe scale and shall include the following information: <br /> <br />Floor plans indicating square footage and dimensions of all proposed <br />rooms; and <br /> <br />Elevations of the proposed building(s), identifying e~erior treatment, <br />material(s), and paint color. <br /> <br />Final Plat. If a Subdivision is required, the final plat shall be prepared in <br />accordance with the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />With the final plans, the developer shall submit, for approval by the City, a <br />development schedule for construction of all structures, open space, and <br />recreational facilities. <br /> <br />Subdivision 12. Compliance. No development shall occur nor shall any <br />building permits be issued for any construction that is not in accord with the <br />approved final plans. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. ZONING DISTRICT BOUNDAREES AND MAP <br /> <br />The new zoning districts established by this ordinance are as shown on the attached map, which <br />shall be known as the City's Official Zoning Map. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. SUM2vIARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #02-__ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #02-__ to amend Ramsey City Code ChaPter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) to amend the zoning regulations governing residential developments <br />and lots consistent with the Ramsey Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to <br />City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Cc'uncil the day of ,2002. <br /> <br />-131- <br /> <br /> <br />
