I I I I I I I I I ORDINANCE #02- CITY OF R,au¥1SEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF ~[INNESOTA AN AMENDf~LENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS IGNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAiND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAz¥ISEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1R Single Family Rural to R- iU Single Family Urban Residential: Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Wildlife Sanctuary. Addition, according to the recorded plat thereo~; Anoka County, Minnesota and that part of Lot 3, said Block 1 lying Northerly of a line described as follows: Commencing at the most Northerly comer of said Lot 3, thence South 21 degrees 50 minutes 14 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the Northeasterly of said Lot 3, a distance of 115.79 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 74 degrees 13 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of 163.50 feet to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 3 and there terminating. (the "Subject Property") SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shoWn on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
