The 2002 Comprehensive Plan de~s the subject <br />property for low-density urban residential development and low-density has~g'~ established at <br />units per acre. The subject property is 31.66 acres in size. The preI ,}s proposing to <br />subdivide the subject property, into 42 single-family lots for a net d~"of 2~4~;~ts per acre. <br />The proposed lots meet the minimum standard for lot area an~:!!ie_t Width.
