Staff sent hearing notices to residents within 350 feet of the subject <br />property. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The property is currently zoned R-1R, Single Family Rural. The City has received an application <br />from the Applicant requesting to rezone the property from R-1R Single Family Rural to R-1U <br />Single Family Urban. The property is located within the MUSA boundary line and is eligible for <br />development with municipal sewer and water services. Oakwood Land Development is proposing to extend <br />Iodine Street to the south in order tbr Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition to derive public access to <br />Highway #47.
