The Commission recommended that park dedication be satisfied by a cash payment and the Developer continue to work with Staff regarding the exact location of a bituminous trail within the development. The Development will be subject to the permitting process of the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization ('C/MO) and the MPCA. The City is also reviewing development proposals for Wildlife Sanctuary ? Addition to the northwest, Sunflower Ridge to the south and Ever~een Point to the southeast.
