Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolutisn and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-05-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 6TM PARTIAL PAYS'lENT TO MAGNEY <br />CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR IMPROVE~[ENT PROJECT #00-29 (PU3/[PHOUSE NO 3) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 9, 2001, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #01-10- <br />379 awarding the bid for Improvement Project #00-29, Pumphouse No 3, to Magney <br />Construction, [nc. in the amount of $495,500.00, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended partial payment to Magney Construction, Inc. in the amount of $37,160.20. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Bran Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended second partial payment to Magney Construction, Inc. in the amount of $91,478.35. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended third partial payment to Magney Construction, Inc. in the amount of $35,354.25. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended fourth partial payment to Magney Construction, Inc. in the amount of $75,1.32.65. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended fifth partial payment to Mag-ney Construction, Lnc. in the amount of $86,669.45. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended sixth partial payment to Ma~ey Construction, Inc. in the amount of $143,505.81. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes 6th partial payment to Mag-ney Construction, mc. <br />l:'or Improvement Project #00-29, Pumphouse No 3 project in the amount of $143,505.81 <br />on May 28, 2002. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form <br />for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the month of May 2002. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-05-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />-85- <br /> <br /> <br />
