-92- Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved tbr its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-0$-XXX RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $301,451.80 FROM THE EQUIPMENT REVOLING FUND TO THE PUBLIC FACILTY CONSTRUCTION FUND FOR THE CITY HALL REMODELING PROJECT. WHEREAS, at the March 26, 2002, City Council Meeting, staff was authorized to enter into a contract with E&V Construction and BKV Group for the remodeling o{" City Hall in tine amount of $216,068; and WHEREAS, funding for the project is to come from the accumulated depreciation on the City Hall building held in the Equipment Revolving Fund; and WHEREAS, $301,451.80 is the total currentlY accumulated on the City Hall Building; and WHEREAS, funds remaining at the end of the remodeling project would be transferred back to the Equipment Revolving Fund. NOW THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That $301,451.80 in accumulated depreciated monies will be transferred from the Equipment Revolving Fund to the Public Facilities Construction Fund to keep track of funding for the City Hall Remodeling project. And Any Funds remaining 'at the end of the remodeling project will be trm~sferred back to the Equipment Revolving Fund. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of May, 2002.
