city of . <br />RAIVISE1 <br />Erosion Control Requirements <br />Effective Immediatelylll <br />Due to ongoing issues regarding the City's policy on erosion control <br />the following must be.completed PRIOR to any excavation: <br />• An erosion control escrow must be submitted prior to release <br />of the building permit (see attached ordinance requirements). <br />The current 2010 rate in effect is $1,500; any remaining balance <br />in this escrow will be refunded when the property is fully <br />established. A non-refundable fee of $100 will also be collected <br />to administer the account. <br />• The contractor is required to have silt fence (or other approved <br />erosion control measures) installed and inspected before a <br />footing and/or foundation inspection will be performed. <br />Contact Mike McDowall of the Ramsey Engineering Department <br />@ 763-286-7130 for inspections. <br />No building inspections will be scheduled until the Engineering <br />Department has notified the Building Division that the erosion <br />control has been approved. <br />7/8/2010 <br />
