7. That the Permittee agrees to comply with section 117-355 of City Code relating to outside <br />storage and maneuvering of vehicles and equipment on the Subject Property; all parking and <br />maneuvering areas on the Subject Property must be surfaced with either concrete or bituminous. <br />8. That the Permittee may store one (1) enclosed commercial trailer, one (1) flat-bed trailer; and <br />one (1) skid -steer on the Subject Property. The enclosed commercial trailer shall be stored <br />inside the detached accessory structure whenever not in use. The skid -steer shall be stored on the <br />flat-bed trailer whenever the flat-bed trailer is not in use. No other exterior evidence of the Home <br />Occupation shall be permitted. <br />9. That the Permittee agrees to screen the commercial equipment with a six (6) foot tall fence along <br />the southerly property line of the Subject Property commencing at the front of the dwelling unit <br />and- terminating at the detached accessory structure and must meet the requirements of City Code <br />- Section 117-355 titled Residential off-street parkine. <br />10. That maintenance shall be limited to regular, routine maintenance of motor vehicles and <br />equipment. <br />4:11. 'Pkat employees shall park on the driveway on the Subject Property. <br />4412. That the Permittee must obtain all applicable permits to ensure that the structures are compliant <br />with all applicable state and local codes. <br />44-.13. That should the Permittee die or sell the Subject Property, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at the <br />same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect shall be given <br />to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation of the Permit without <br />further hearing. <br />4-2-.14. The Permittee shall reside on the Subject Property; if the Permittee does not reside on the <br />Subject Property, the Permit shall be terminated. <br />13 15_That adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the <br />Permittee. <br />4416. The Permittee shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County licenses. <br />4-5-.17. The Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and enforcement of <br />this Permit. <br />4-6:18. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br />compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof - <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />RESOLUTION #10-10-_ <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
