The petition is submitted in conjunction with <br />the Legacy Christian Academy preliminary plat and site plan application presently under review <br />by the City of Ramsey. <br />The Petitioners are requesting that the improvements be designed, constructed and assessed to <br />the Petitioners as sole beneficiaries of the improvements. The Petitioners are requesting the <br />improvements to be financed and assessed in accordance with Minnesota § Chapter 429. <br />General Scope of Improvements <br />The general scope of improvements includes the following: <br />1) Extension of Sanitary Sewer line approximately 1,600 linear feet in the Armstrong Blvd. <br />right-of-way to the property; <br />2) Extension of Water line on the east side of Armstrong Blvd. at Bunker Lake Rd. to the <br />property; <br />3) Extension of Bunker Lake Rd. and associated surface and storm -water management and <br />utility improvements, west of the existing Amstrong Blvd. -Bunker Lake Rd. intersection <br />approximately 3,300 linear feet to the Phase 1 development. <br />Attached with this letter as Exhibit A is a conceptual depiction of the scope of proposed <br />improvements. <br />7101 West 7814 Street, Suite 100 N Minneapolis, Minnesota 55439 0 Tel: 952.829.3480 Fax: 952.829.3481 <br />
