The rezoning would allow <br />the property to be subdivided for 86 single-family lots, 91 townhome units and a lot for apartment units. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br /> <br />d) <br />e) <br /> <br />Site Location Map <br />Proposed Final Plat <br />Drawing showing proposed zoning districts on development property dated December <br />11, 2001. <br />Proposed Findings of Fact <br />Proposed Ordinance <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />State law requires that the City notify property owners within 350 feet be notified. Property owners <br />located within 700 feet were notified of the proposed rezoning. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The City Council adopted findings of fact and introduced the ordinance to rezone the property on <br />February 12, 2002.
