FOR A RECYCLING FACILITY AxND DECLAR~G TERI¥IS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERI~,FiT . .WliEREAS, the Ramsey City Council (the "City") adopted Resolution gO 1-06-240 'adopting Findings of Fact #0562 for th.is use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit (the "Permit's). NOW TIrIE. REFORE, BE IT R/~SOLV'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-rlZ. CITY OF tL4x¥ISEY, ANOIC4. COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Saint Paul Terminals, Inc. ("Permktee") is (on adoption of this resolution) the owner of Property generally known as 14050 Basalt Street N~V and legally described as: Lot 1 and Lot 2 (except the south 30 feet of Lot 2); Block 4, Gateway Industrial Park Plat 2, County, of.Amoka, State of Minnesota (the "Subject Property) Th_is Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.0.3.04 of the Ramsey City Code and Minn. Stat. 462._3595. The conditions of this permit are as follows: I. Term. This Permit' Shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with and is conditioned upon the Permirtee supplying the City with proof of title to the Subject Property. Noise. Noises emanating from the site and operations shall be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Ivlinnesota Rules 7010.0010 to 7010.0080, as amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. Dust/Ash/Particulates. The emission of dust, ash or other particulate matter shall' be in compliance with and regulated by the State of M/rmesota Pollution Control Standards,. Minnesota Rules 7005.0010 to 7005.0080, 7005.2770 subp. 2.A and 40 CFR parr 50, as amended except as modified herein by City peribrmance requirements.
