The indoor facilities may also be used for storing and warehousing of supplies and support vehicles, maintenance, .repairs and servicing of equipment used on the site and over the road operations (tracks, trailers, loaders, forklifts, cranes, etc.). The Building may also house the management offices and administrative operations of the company. Disassembly of En~nes, Transmissions, Other Feedstock. Disassembly of engines, transmissions shall be pemairted on the Subject Property, wholly within a building, under this Conditional Use Permit. Preparation of ail other feedstock is permitted only within areas screened to a de,et of I00% opacity or withn the building. Storage of Feedstock, Separated Materials. Storage of materials which are used in or result ~?om the processing operation is permitted on the Subject Property providing that stockpiles are properly contained and screened from adjoining properties and public right of way. However, the addition of screening on Lot 2 to meet this term shall be deferred until July 1, 2002 or upon reaching an agreement with the City for the future use of Lot 2 and a master plan tbr St. Paul Terminals, whichever occurs F~rst. Oil Residues on Paved Sur-races. The Perm/t-tee shall store ali feedstock material with oil residues within leakproof containers so as to minimize potential storm water runoff contamination. Outside Storage of Materials and Equipment. The outside storage of debris or materials not used in the operation and inoperable vehicles and equipment shall not be permitted. Permit'tee may maintain containers to b. old inventory outside and may store consumer grade mil t/es for resale to the public outside if the containers and rail tie storage areas are screened. HaZardous Wastes. No ha?ardous wastes, as deft. ned by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or Mirmesota Pollution Control Agency (N[PCA), shall be burned, stored or handled at the facility.. Dross. All dross from the facility shall be removed from the site on a regular basis, shall not be stockpiled in excess of 35 tons on the property, shall be stored indoors and shall be processed or deposited in an U.S. Environmental Protection Agency approved landfill. Dross Disposal. Upon issuance Of this Permit becomes effective, Permittee shall submit a copy of the writ-ten agreement or certification from the 'designated dross processing md/or disposal facility that said t:acility is willing to accept the dross.
