Water Quality. Surface and ground waters or/ginating outside and passing through or adjacent to the Subject' Property and runoff water discharged from the Subject Property shall, at its point of departure from the Subject Property., meet all applicable federal and state water quality, standards as they e,'dst from time to time during the per/od of the Permit. The Permirtee shall perform any water treatment necessary to comply with applicable state and .federal water quality, standards as they exist from time to time during the per/od of this Perm.it. In the event of future development, grading and drainage plans shall be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer and berming shall be installed as necessary to control run-off. Off-Street ParMng. Off-street parking shall be provided such that there is at least one parking space for each-employee on the maximum working skirt plus a sufficient number of additional parking spaces to provide off street parking to ali customers and visitors. Surfacing of Work Areas. Ali storage areas, parking areas and driveway areas shall be surfaced with bituminous or concrete, installation of concrete curbing around the perimeter of ail existin~ pavement shall be deferred until a future expansion of the facility. Electrical. The building's electrical system must be inspected and brought up to code before the effective date of this Permit. Aa affidavit of compliance shall be filed with the City within five working days a&er final inspection. Scope and Conduct of Operations. Tlae operations permitted by this Permit may be performed on the Subject Property in conformance with existing statutory and regulatory authority arid t~eqUirements of the City, Anoka County, Minnesota (?County), and the /vLinnesota Pollution Control Agency ("MPCA"). Furnaces. Pen'nittee may use two melt furnaces. Closure Due to CUP Revocation, Other Circumstances. In the event this Permit is revoked, or the Permittee closes operation of the metal .and rail recycling and storage operation for any reason, including but without limitation, order of the court or other agency of competent jurisdiction, bankruptcy, incoNency, or abandonment, the Permittee shall immediately proceed to remove all feedstock and other material from the site. in the event the Permirtee fails to comply with the terms of this Permit, the City may, upon 30 days wr/rten notice to the Permit-tee enter into the property and perform ali such Obligations, the costs of which shall be borne by the Permit'tee or, in default thereof; by its surety.
