If the Pe,nnirtee or [ts successors or assigns violates any material <br />-term or condition imposed by this Permit, it may be revoked and terminated consistent with <br />applicable law. <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />On-Site Inspection. The City reserves the ri-,~ht to inspect the site for the purposes of <br />examining and copying nonprivileged records; conducting inspections, surveys,. <br />investigations, monitor/ng or sampling; and obtaining necessary information pertaining to <br />the construction, operation and environmental effect of the aluminum.processing facility. <br />Inspections shall be conducted during normal business hours except in the event of an <br />emergency. City persormaI or agents performing the inspection will. provide reasonable <br />notice to the Permittee's personnel prior co the time of inspection. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />Documents and Plans. Copies of all documents, p'lans or other reports which are requ/red <br />to be supplied to the MPCA or Anoka County shall also, be sUppEed c6ncurrently to the Ci.ty <br />at no cost to the City. <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />Operations. This permit is based on ~onduct of operatiOns as described in the Permitte's <br />submittals as follows: <br />A. Site plan dated May 2.3,200t; and <br />B. Letter Ii'om Permit-tee to the Planning Commission dated May 25, 2001. <br /> <br />The identified supporting documents are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />Administrative Costs. Alt costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this <br />Permit shall be the responsibility of the Permittee. <br /> <br />4t. <br /> <br />Contingency.
