A person may only operate a snowmobile within the designated use area. Operation south of the desi~nated use area is limited to ones own private property or on privately owned property if the operator has in possession written permission from the property owner. A map showing the boundaries of the desi~mated use area shall be on display at the City Hall and the Police Department. All-ten'gin vehicles and off-highway motorcycles may only..be operated within the ditch or outside bm~ of a trunk, county state-aid, or county highway within the designated use area. All-terrain vehicles and off-highway motorcycles may be operated on ones own private property or on privately owned property if the operator has in 12ossession written permission from the property owner anywhere within the city limits. Subd. 2. Hours of Operation.
