The initial assessment is that we believe it will have minimal impact on <br />additional ground water run off and thus our primary concern is the aesthetic impact it will have on the <br />owners who live in the units facing Orin Thompson properties. Thus, we are willing to grant <br />approximately a 100 x 450 foot grading easement in exchange for other considerations provided by Orin <br />Thompson. It would be our des/re to have the plan for the slope include some screening between the two <br />properties, be consistent with our current landscaping plans, and provide a residential feel when <br />completed. We would hope the final grading plan would be coordinated with the two owners emd the <br />city.
