-150- <br /> <br />The exterior building materials are proposed to consist of concrete masonry block and vinyl <br />siding with an asphalt single roof. The proposed siding deviates from the B-1 Business district <br />architectural standards and will need City Council approval. <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting that the back portion of the parcel remain in its natural state. No <br />outside storage of any kind is permitted in this area. <br /> <br />The site plan is proposing some outside storage that requires screening. The site plan indicates <br />that a chain link fence will screen any outside storage.
