City Engineer Jankowski stated they could have the same configuration by having the southern most townhomes and they all would have an access out onto Riverdale Drive and it is s.0me~hing they want to discourage. Commissioner Reeve asked ab.o~ii the last sentence in the report stated 'el'his property proposing to be rezoned from B-1 B~siness to R-2 Medium Density Residential complies with the Comprehensive Plan.!' He:asked if the Comp. Plan states it will be R-2 all the w.ay across. Associate Planner Wald stated the Comprehensive Plan stated south of the platted outlot is zoned medium density and north is desig-nated for mixed use. She stated they have not rezoned the B-1 to mixed use yet. Motion. by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Reeve, to recommend that City Council: adopt Findings of Fact relating to a request from Turtle Moon Inc. to rezone property from B-1 Business to R-2 Residential with the findings of fact favorable.
