I !1 I I I I I I I I I I I- ! i I I I I Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-10- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM B-1 BUSINESS TO R-2 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL WHEREAS, on August 22, 2002, the City received an apPlication to rezone certain property in accordance with Section 9.03.03 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That Turtle Moon, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied to rezone certain property from B-1 Business to R-2 Medium Density Residential. 2. That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of the City Code on October 3, 2002, and said public heating was properly advertised, and the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. 3.
