Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #02-11-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2003 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting on November 12, 2002, staff recommended <br />approval of the attached Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the attached Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby adopted effective <br /> January 1,2003. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Cotmcil <br />this the 12th day of November, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-241 - <br /> <br /> <br />
