Further direction included posting the position <br />internally soliciting letters for interest from potential candidates. One letter of interest was received <br />from Interim Police Chief James F. Way. Council also requested an interview with the candidate. Staff <br />has prepared and recommends the attached interview questions to be utilized during the interview. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council interviews Interim Police Chief James F.
