-164- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for 'its-adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR LOTS 3 AND 4, <br />BLOCK 3, NORTHFORK OAKS THIRD ADDITION AS PARCELS A, B AND C. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anthony Moulder, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied <br />for an Administrative Subdivision to acquire a portion of Lot 3, Block 3 Northfork Oaks Third <br />Addition which adjoins his property, Lot 4, Block 3, Northfork Oaks Third Addition (Subject <br />Property) to the south. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is torrens; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Registered Land Survey is required for the subdivision and <br />conveyance of torrens property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there are no park dedication, trail fees or stormwater management fees <br />associated with administrative subdivisions approved by the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the proposed subdivision and recommended <br />City Council approval of same. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves the Registered Land Survey for Lots 3 and 4, <br />Block 3, Northfork Oaks Third Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duty seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22nd day of October, 2002. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
