-164- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for 'its-adoption: RESOLUTION #02-10- RESOLUTION APPROVING A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 3, NORTHFORK OAKS THIRD ADDITION AS PARCELS A, B AND C. WHEREAS, Anthony Moulder, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for an Administrative Subdivision to acquire a portion of Lot 3, Block 3 Northfork Oaks Third Addition which adjoins his property, Lot 4, Block 3, Northfork Oaks Third Addition (Subject Property) to the south. WHEREAS, the Subject Property is torrens; and WHEREAS, a Registered Land Survey is required for the subdivision and conveyance of torrens property; and WHEREAS, there are no park dedication, trail fees or stormwater management fees associated with administrative subdivisions approved by the City; and WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the proposed subdivision and recommended City Council approval of same. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby approves the Registered Land Survey for Lots 3 and 4, Block 3, Northfork Oaks Third Addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duty seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of October, 2002.
