AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated public street and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Lot 10, Block 3, Northfork Links Addition, according to the record plat thereof, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
