NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public hearing <br />on Thursday, October 3, 2002 immediately following the 7:00 p.m. Board of Adjustment <br />meeting at Ramsey Fire Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a reouest &r~m D~vid ,q.h~.ppe!! for a conditional use <br />permit for an oversized accessory structure on the property generally known as 9325 164~h Lane <br />NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 11, Block 1, Northfork, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed conditional <br />use permit. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon <br />advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be <br />available. Any person with such a request should contact JoAnn Shaw at 763-427-1410 by noon <br />on Thursday, September 26, 2002.
