I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A coNDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />DAVID AND SANDRA SHAPPELL TO EXCEED THE SIZE RESTRICTIONS FOR <br />DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON PROPERTIES LOCATED OUTSIDE THE <br />METROPOLITAN URBAN SERVICE AREA (MUSA) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David and Sandra Shappell (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />conditional use permit to construct an accessory structure that will exceed the size limits <br />established in Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code on the property generally known as 9325 <br />164t~' Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 11, Block 1, Northfork Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (Subject Property). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on October 3, 2002, <br /> and tabled the application prior to any action being taken. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reopened the public hearing on October 10, <br /> 2002, pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact # a conditional use permit to construct an <br /> accessory structure on the Subject Property that will exceed the size restrictions is hereby <br /> denied. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council on this the <br />22nd day of October, 2002. ~ <br /> <br />-191- <br /> <br /> <br />
