-210- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />CINDI AND MICHAEL HEYING TO EXCEED THE SIZE RESTRICTIONS FOR <br />DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON PROPERTIES LOCATED OUTSIDE THE <br />METROPOLITAN URBAN SERVICE AREA (MUSA) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Cindi and Michael Heying (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />conditional use permit to construct an accessory structure that will exceed the size limits <br />established in Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code on the property generally known as <br />17211 Willemite St. NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 7, Block 1, Golden Eagle Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (Subject Property). <br /> <br /> : AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on October 3, <br />2002, pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
