I ,I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I I I I Councilmember RESOLUTION GRANTING SECOND ADDITION introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-10- FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF EVERGREEN POINT WHEREAS, on August 29, 2002, Edina Development, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" properly applied for final plat approval of the following legally described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A, Evergreen Point Townhomes, Anoka County, Minnesota -.. or upon recording - Lots 1-23, Block 1; Lots 1-27, Block 2; Outlot A; Evergredn Point Second' Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat of Evergreen Point on May 28, 2002; AND WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat of Evergreen Point Townhomes on July 23, 2002; AND WHERAS, the City Council tabled action on the Final Plat of Ever~een Point Second Addition until the October 22, 2002 City Council meeting. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MININESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants f'mal plat approval of Evergreen Point Second Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review letter dated October 18, 2002 and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: -241-
