I <br />,I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />SECOND ADDITION <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #02-10- <br /> <br /> FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF EVERGREEN POINT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 29, 2002, Edina Development, Inc., hereafter referred to as <br />"Developer" properly applied for final plat approval of the following legally described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Evergreen Point Townhomes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />-.. or upon recording - <br /> <br />Lots 1-23, Block 1; Lots 1-27, Block 2; Outlot A; Evergredn Point Second' Addition, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat of Evergreen Point on <br />May 28, 2002; <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat of Evergreen Point <br />Townhomes on July 23, 2002; <br /> <br /> AND WHERAS, the City Council tabled action on the Final Plat of Ever~een Point <br />Second Addition until the October 22, 2002 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MININESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants f'mal plat approval of Evergreen Point Second <br /> Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City <br /> Staff Review letter dated October 18, 2002 and the Developer entering into a Development <br /> Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />-241- <br /> <br /> <br />
