Mr. Dave King, 15410 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., stated this trunk line was mapped out years ago. <br />lie stated there are easements in place to accommodate this as well. He stated that whether or <br />not the development gets approved, the sewer system would be going in. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated the intent of planning was to move the trunk line north and the <br />development facilitated this movement. He noted that economics dictate how the City is <br />developed. <br /> <br />Mr. King stated he wanted to make sure his land was not condemned sometime down the'road <br />because of the sanitary sewer line going in. <br /> <br /> Ms. Vicki Stall 15532 Nowthen Boulevard, stated she is not in the division at this point but will <br />· be~ She stated she has lived in Ramsey for twenty years and a lot of trees were taken out and the <br /> wetland was mined when the Fox Knoll Development went in. She stated that she does not feet <br /> that this subdivision would have a real impact on the Fox Knoll subdivision. She stated she is in <br /> favor of the project. <br /> <br />Ms. Bernice Carda, 15325 Sunfish Boulevard, stated her concern besides the development is the <br />traffic this would produce. She asked if the speed limit would change because of the traffic. <br /> <br />b/ir. Jankowski stated he did not think they would change the speed limit because of this. He <br />stated they did not do a traffic impact study on this. <br /> <br />Mr. John Compton, 15281 Sodium Street, stated the sewer line going in would affect his oak tree. <br />The shrubs are a noise barrier for him and his neighbors aga/nst the traffic. He stated he lives <br />there with the trees in the backyard to protect him from the noise. He stated he has seen deer, <br />turtles, and other wildlife and after they dig up the wetland, the wildlife would probably not come <br />back. <br /> <br />Mr. Will Thompson, 15428 Nowthen Boulevard, stated the increase in density is out of context <br />for' the area and sort of an intrusion.. <br /> <br />Mr. Jeff Bridwell, 6101 Alpine Drive, stated he has ten acres of land next to the development and <br />has concerns with the impact to him and the neighboring area. He stated in the or/ginal plan there <br />is a stub road leading up to his property and he does not rteed it there. He stated the road system <br />with the outlet onto 153~a Avenue is cutting down to get to the road and the road is impacting. <br />part of his land. Mr. Bridwell stated the wetland would be impacted because the road water will <br />drain into it. lie stated his concern is with the change in grade between his parcel and the <br />proposed access onto Alpine.
