Principal City Engineer Olson replied yes. He noted that sewer and water for the development will come from the south. Ms. Matilla inquired, if sewer and water is coming from the south, would anyone who wanted to hook up in the existing neighborhood have to do so from the back side of their property. Principal City Engineer Olson replied that sewer and water would not be extended down 149t~ as part of the Bright Keys project. Mayor Gamec stated that they can't speculate as to what is going to happen with the development. Councilmember Kurak stated that the City has a schedule of how streets are maintained. Principal City Engineer Olson reviewed the street maintenance program. Councilmember Kurak pointed out that Ms. Matilla will not have to pay an assessment for another five years for street maintenance. Rick Christian, 7330 Alpine Drive NW, Ramsey, stated that the City did an excellent job on the road. Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to close the public hearing for sealcoating projects 02-01 through 02-10. Motion carried. Voting Yes: . Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Kurak, Anderson, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. The public hearing closed at 8:09 p.m. Motion by' Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to continue the public hearing for projects 02-11 and 02-12 until 7:00 p.m. on October 8, 2002.
