The f'mal plat provides the standard 10 ~'oot drainage and <br />utility easements around the perimeter of the new lot created. The wet/and (Rogers Lake) in the <br />northwest comer of Lot I is appropriately encumbered with a drainage and utility easement also. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The Park Commission has recommended a cash payment to Satisfy park <br />dedication requirements. The rate in effect on the date the final plat is approved prevails. The <br />2002 rate is $1,700 per lot. · <br /> <br />Trail Fee: The City has established a trail development fee for'2002 of $400 per mt. The rate <br />in effect at the time the final plat is approved will be used. This fee must be paid Prior to <br />recording the plat at the County. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee for 2002' <br />of $375.00 per unit. The rate in effect at the time the final plat is approved will be used'. This 'fee <br />must be paid prior to recording the plat at the County. <br /> <br />Landscape Trees: City Code requires the addition of two trees to each lot, and in this case the <br />requirement would be for one coniferous and one deciduous tree. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2002, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station #2 located at 15050-Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for final <br />plat approval. It is important that you, or your representative, be present to answer any questions <br />that may arise.
