The wet/and (Rogers Lake) in the northwest comer of Lot I is appropriately encumbered with a drainage and utility easement also. Park Dedication: The Park Commission has recommended a cash payment to Satisfy park dedication requirements. The rate in effect on the date the final plat is approved prevails. The 2002 rate is $1,700 per lot. · Trail Fee: The City has established a trail development fee for'2002 of $400 per mt. The rate in effect at the time the final plat is approved will be used. This fee must be paid Prior to recording the plat at the County. Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee for 2002' of $375.00 per unit. Landscape Trees: City Code requires the addition of two trees to each lot, and in this case the requirement would be for one coniferous and one deciduous tree. The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2002, at the Ramsey Fire Station #2 located at 15050-Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for final plat approval. It is important that you, or your representative, be present to answer any questions that may arise.
