-]50- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02,12- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WHITE OAK ADDITION WHEREAs, Wurm-Paumen Properties, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the SouthuJest Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with the northerly fight of way line of County Road Number 56; thence northerly to a point on said west line distant 251.58 feet south of the Northwest comer thereof; thence easterly deflecting to the right 90 degrees 49 minutes to said fight of way line; thence southwesterly along said right of way line to the point of beginning. and All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, excepting the folloWing described parcels: Commencing at the Southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter; thence east along- the south line thereof 393.9 feet to the center line of County Road 56; thence deflect 41 degrees 40 minutes 15 seconds left in a Northeasterly direction along the center line of said road a distance of 388.67 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence deflect 90-degrees left in a northwesterly direction a distance of 202 feet; thence deflect 90 degrees fight in a northeasterly direction a distance of 137.04 feet; thence deflect 46 degrees 55 minutes 30 seconds right in an easterly direction a distance of 272.05 feet, more or less, to the' center line of said County Road; 'thence southwesterly along said center line 317.66 feet, .more or less, to the point of beginning.
