I I I I I I I '1 I I I I I I I I I I Council Action: Motion by Councilmember and seconded by CoUncilmember to waive the 10- day interval rule between Planning Commission and City Council action on the request from E-Z Auto for an Interim Use Permit. -or- Motion by Councilmember . and seconded by Councilmember to enforce the 10-day interval rule between Planning Commission and City Council action on the request from E-Z Auto for an Interim Use Permit and direct City Staffto place the case on the January 14, 2003 agenda and impose a ~ day extension to the 60 day decision rule. Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to adopt Resolution #02-12- adopting Findings of Fact # relating to a request from Todd Bialon for an Interim Use Permit to operate a motor vehicle sales lot, without the required site improvements, for an interim period of time. Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to approve Mr. Todd Bialon's request for an Interim Use Permit to operate a motor vehicle sales lot at 7751 Hwy~ #10 N.W. without the required site improvements, for an interim period of time, and adopt Resolution #02-12~ declaring the terms of the permit. -or- Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember ' to denY Mr, Bialon's request for an Interim'Use Permit to. operate a motor vehicle sales lot at 7751 Hwy. #10 N.W. without the required site improvements, based on the findings of fact.
