City Administrator Norman replied that the City had not received anything in writing as of yet, <br />staff has only been told verbally that they received the grant. <br /> <br />Councitmember Hendriksen stated that he would like to discuss the issue as Case #9. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman noted that there are two additional items to be added to the Consent <br />Agenda: Adopt Resolution Requesting the Acquisition of Three Tax Forfeited Wetland Parcels, <br />and Adopt Resolution Receiving Petition and Calling for a Feasibility Study on Improvement <br />Project #02-40, the Extension of Sanitary Sewer and Watermain to Service the Oak Terrace <br />Estates Mobile Home Park. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson inquired as to who pays for the feasibility study. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski replied that it has been past practice for City staff to complete the <br />feasibility study without any cost to the petitioners. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak noted that in the November 12, 2002 City Council minutes, under Case <br />#3 the vote should read that Councilmember Kurak abstained from voting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to approve <br />the agenda as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Hendriksen, <br />Anderson, and Kurak.
