City Attorney Goodrich noted <br />that the case should be tabled to a specific date so that the title issue can be resolved. <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he did not think that .they would approve the <br />configuration proposed without looking at the bigger picture. City Attorney Goodrich agreed, <br />stating that the Council would want to ensure that the plat in Case #6 would be approve& <br />Councilmember Kurak stated that she would like to see the developer bring forward a purchase <br />agreement that is solid. Mr. McGhee stated that he did not understand why they would table <br />action when the City typically passes 90 percent of the plats contingent upon good title. City <br />Attorney Goodrich replied that 90 percent of the time they don't have a landowner coming <br />forward saying that the developer does not have .a valid purchase agreement. Councilmember <br />Hendriksen stated that the reason, he personally thinks they should table action is that he can't <br />imagine approving this plat unless they were going to approve the plat in Case #6. <br /> <br />Motion was amended to table action until December 10, 2002. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Hendriksen, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of Villas of Meadow Pointe Tonwhomes: <br />Case of Allstate Development, LLC <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to table action on <br />final plat approval of Villas of Meadow Pointe Townhomes until December 10, 2002. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Kurak, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman.
