He inquired as to what the City's plan was to pay the <br />balance of the amount. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that that is something they will:have to discuSs, but until they decidemhat <br />they are going to do with the town center they can't proceed.- <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen cautioned that unless an improvement project is petitioned by the <br />property owners, the City is limited as. to the costs that can be assessed.
