Case #3 Marketing for Industrial Sites <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald handed out the marketing brochure staff worked on with Mike Mulrooney. The <br />marketing brochure was placed in the Business Journal with a circulation of approximately 14,000. Associate <br />Planner Wald stated staff has received several inquires and compliments on the marketing piece. <br /> <br />Case #4 Staff Update <br /> <br />The EDA reviewed the staff update. TIF Specialist Sullivan stated the EDA should begin thinking about what <br />parcel the CDBG funds should be used for to redevelop. Staff will bring the item to the October EDA meeting <br />for further discussion and consideration. <br /> <br />The EDA requested staff Tax Abatement on the October EDA agenda. <br /> <br />Chairperson Riley would like to discuss why the Mate building is still vacant and what can be done at the <br />October EDA meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Member Steffen, seconded by Member Gromberg, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Riley, Members Anderson, Zimmerman, LeTourneau, Steffen, <br />Gromberg and Kiefer. Voting No: None.
